George Bush Intercontinental Airport operates Terminals A, B, C, D and E, but Terminal B is in a major transformation. The Terminal B lobby/check-in area is temporarily closed until the rebuilt facility opens later in 2026; United flights at gates B3–B31 continue to operate and affected passengers currently check in at Terminal C before using Skyway to reach B gates. International processing is centered on the D/E complex.
Terminal garages and Houston Airports ecopark facilities provide self-parking, valet, reservations, EV charging and accessible spaces. The A/B Garage remains open during Terminal B construction, although Terminal C parking is recommended when available for affected United passengers. Effective June 1, 2026, ecopark2 is reservation-only and no longer accepts drive-up parking.
IAH has a consolidated Rental Car Center served by dedicated buses from the terminals. Rideshare, taxis, public buses, hotel shuttles and private transportation use terminal-specific ground-transport zones.
