CLT operates an Hourly Deck within walking distance of the terminal plus Daily Decks, long-term lots, Express Deck products and valet. Official parking can be reserved online or through the CLT app. Complimentary accessible shuttles connect all remote CLT lots and decks with the arrivals level.
The Rental Car Facility occupies Levels 1–3 of the Hourly Deck, directly in front of the terminal, so customers can walk there through the lower-level walkway or Level 5 bridge. Taxis, app-based rides, public buses and hotel shuttles use designated curb zones.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal, together with extensive dining and shopping, charging points, family facilities, lounges and passenger-assistance services.
Accessible spaces are available across CLT parking facilities and accessible shuttles run continuously. Accessible rental vehicles can be arranged through participating rental agencies, and the terminal has elevators, accessible restrooms and airline wheelchair services.
Several airport-oriented hotels lie along Cascade Pointe Boulevard, Scott Futrell Drive and Josh Birmingham Parkway, generally within a short hotel-shuttle or taxi ride of CLT.
Hotel shuttle hours, extended-parking allowances and package terms are property-specific and can change. Confirm the final inclusions before booking.
